Position Summary:

50% - Assist in the creation of needed development plans to ensure the successful launch of product and projects within the LBX portfolio, both organic and in-organic, that support the corporate goals such as mid-term and long-term plans. This activity could include market research, industry/experience knowledge sharing, while working with the Product Portfolio Planning Supervisor.
30% - Participate in VOD/VOC (Voice of Dealer, Voice of Customer) efforts to maintain a constant understanding of needs and expectations within LBX Company business. This feedback is to be directly applied to development efforts and planning as suited. This feedback may be obtained on focused VOD/VOC trips, trade shows, or virtual calls with field personnel.
20% - Take a leadership role in improving the communication between LBX and any product partners, both organic and in-organic to streamline project efforts and strengthen relationships.

The Financial Analyst supports Finance and Brand leadership through the development of the annual budget, reforecast, and create meaningful and timely analyses to support and improve the business. The Financial Analyst will serve as a key liaison with Oxford corporate accounting. * Serve as a subject matter expert in key software and systems, managing testing, updates, and troubleshooting activities.

Financial reporting and modeling:
* Partner with the Senior Manager of Financial Analysis in the development of the annual budget, reforecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
* Develop and maintain scorecards to assess financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
* Contribute to the enhancement of reporting, analysis, and forecasting tools within the finance department.
* Prepare, monitor, and interpret key financial reports, identifying meaningful variances and trends to present to location management and the parent company.
* Support scenario planning and financial modeling to assess the impact of various business strategies, providing insights to guide decision-making on cost management and profitability optimization.
* Build out tools, processes and systems for distribution of financial information and “real time” operational reporting.
* Be an embedded partner with all T.B.B.C. functions to ensure accurate and timely performance messaging and target setting assumptions.
* Serve as a partner to the business, supporting the Senior TBBC leadership team in assessing strategic options, analyzing data, and providing recommendations.

Job Responsibilities:
Apply professional principles, complex numerical models, and innovative solutions to real-world problems as part of a team of engineers and scientists while under the supervision of senior engineering personnel.
Assist in the preparation of CAD drawings for contract documents and reports with input and guidance from senior engineers in accordance with internal drafting procedures and guidelines
Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses.
Collect data and measurements in the field.
Perform design calculations for hydraulic structures including spillways, dam outlet works, diversion and check structures, measurement flumes, and other various raw water infrastructure.
Ability to travel and work in the field is required.
Required Skills/Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering (or related) from an ABET accredited program with an emphasis in Hydraulics, Hydrology, or Water Resources, and 0-2 years of related professional experience.
Successful completion of the EIT.
Familiarity with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS software is a plus, but not required. These programs are used extensively, so a willingness to learn them is a must.
Must possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and self-motivation to grow professionally.

Responsible for improving overall paint process. Develop technical and equipment specifications to support paint process. Provides technical information related to cost estimating and cost reduction.
Designs methods for maintaining or increasing production levels while improving production costs, yields, quality, and safety as related to paint.
Develops and updates process procedures that conform to LBC production system, lean manufacturing, and LBC quality system. Ensure that documentation is accurate and complies with LBC Production System Standard Work
Troubleshoots paint process problems and identifies solutions which reduce downtime and maintenance costs. Makes recommendations for process adjustments to offset changing environment conditions.
Monitors paint process equipment, paint, and painter workmanship technique. This includes regularly scheduled process audits, document compliance and monitors finished product for paint defects.
Key liaison between LBC, paint supplier, sub-contractors and customers. Coordinates activities with other LBC departments (Design Engineer, Planning etc.)
Designs and conducts paint and/or paint equipment trials to determine performance capabilities, including interface with key suppliers. Stay abreast of new technology, processes and materials.
