· Process Analysis and Documentation:
o Analyzes current state business workflows
o Identifies process inefficiencies / gaps
o Assists with development and documentation of future / end-state workflows
o Workflow design
· User Acceptance Testing:
o Assists OSS / tech team with authoring test cases
o Performs User Acceptance Testing
o Reports issues and drives resolution to completion
· Application Administration
o Assists System Administrators with support tickets
o Completes minor application configuration changes
o Learns basics of force.com platform
Qualifications:
· Current University Student - Junior or Senior
· Business or Technology related Major
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Curiosity
· Interest in technology, business process, and problem-solving
· Good analytical skills & communication skills
· Logical, methodical approach to problem solving
Preferred Skills:
· How to translate business problems into technical solutions
· How to administer User Acceptance Testing
