    WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? This position will work directly with the City National Bank's ("CNB") Business Control Managers ("BCM"s) and Business Control Senior Analyst and or Lead for Consumer Banking and will partner with the Risk Framework leadership team. Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, Business Analyst In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs. Responsibilities • Facilitate Scrum events, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration among team members. • Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define project goals, requirements, and priorities, while keeping a strong focus on delivering value to our customers and the institution. • Identify and address any impediments or roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, working closely with stakeholders to remove barriers and ensure a smooth development process. • Translate business needs into technical specifications, BRD and work closely with development and other teams • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, capturing feedback, and implementing actionable changes to enhance team performance and product quality. • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders. • Develop use cases, process flows, user stories, and data models as required. • Lead and contribute to project planning, status reporting, and risk management. • Utilize your strong communication skills to ensure clear and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks early and proactively implementing mitigation strategies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • BE/ B Tech/ MCA • Must be familiar with different IT operations and have a good knowledge of Technology Services as a whole • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Must have proven record of service improvements and excellent customer relationship management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of SDLC methodologies - Agile, Scrum, Waterfall. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Working experience as Business Analyst + Scrum Mater • Expertise in Jira like tools. Azure Board is a MUST • Knowledge of Cloud and Cloud Migration programs is a Plus. • Professional certifications (PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, etc. ). • Microsoft applications: Excel, Outlook, Project, Access, Teams and Word. • Excellent working knowledge of various project management tools and life cycle methodologies.
