Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Vision Develop and maintain the company's AI strategy, aligned with overall business objectives. AI Program & Project Management Prioritize and oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives across departments. Change Management & Adoption Lead the change management efforts required for AI adoption, including developing communication plans, training programs, and documentation. Risk, Ethics & Compliance Work with legal and IT teams to ensure AI solutions meet regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
