The Role

Do you love consulting, but are tired of traveling? Do you enjoy building long-term customer relationships and helping customers achieve their business objectives?

Veeva Systems is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our Quality team who has a deep understanding of Quality processes and applications.

Combining Quality experience, process know-how, and product expertise, CSMs help customers identify how to add value to their organization, adopt best practices, and drive industry transformation beyond the software implementation.

This is a remote, customer-facing role based in Europe with no work location rule if you are near an airport and able to meet travel requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):

• Utilizes independent judgement by reviewing every SBA loan with an increased level of potential risk to ensure that the loan was underwritten, determined to be eligible, documented, closed, and imaged according to Chase and SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements.
• Keeps up to date on SBA SOP, maintaining an ongoing understanding of SBA underwriting, eligibility, documentation, and closing policies/processes, keeping abreast of industry trends and external market.
• Acts as a liaison with the Portfolio Management Center and assists with guaranty repurchase requests as needed
• Assists with oversight of the Chase SBA program
• Interacts successfully with other departments and other lines of business, being responsive to inquiries from all job families
• Assumes responsibility for managing necessary updates to SBA Solutions policies, procedures, and forms as a result of SBA SOP updates
• Assists with other quality reviews as requested
• Maintains expert knowledge of credit policy, Fair Lending, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and other compliance regulations
• Assists with special projects as requested by SBA Solutions Management team

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years experience working with the SBA 7(a) program and operating procedures required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Thorough understanding of commercial loan credit structures and loan documentation
• Extensive knowledge of Chase credit policy, procedures and bank regulations
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to be flexible and prioritize work in a fast paced environment

Price Quality Compliance Business Analyst

The Price Quality Compliance Business Analyst will be responsible for a combination of operational tax & fee oversight, research, project work, report development, and analytics. The core responsibilities include review of internal tax and fee data and the development of audit and control processes around tax content management. Additionally, this role would support the PQC department by developing reports containing vital information used for pricing, auditing, and validating.

What you'll do:
Coordinate day-to-day communications with Market Managers & Market Operations regarding tax rate changes, updates, and disputes Develop audit and control process around content management practices Implement new and enhanced processes related to tax rate & fee research and management Perform the upload of tax rates, including the identification and loading of custom data Develop a solid understanding of company data logging and data architecture in order to be able to assess the impact of potential changes to tax & fee decisions Develop and maintain compliance and audit reports to support the operations of the Price Quality Compliance department Perform data analytics to assist in the audit of pricing matters Assist in company projects and initiatives including defining requirements, developing test plans, and conducting UATCollaborate with multiple inter-departmental parties including Expedia Technology and business partners to develop project goals and to launch project and program initiatives Work with internal partners, business sponsors, product managers, developers, and other teams to develop and review project designs and business requirements Research tax rates, fees, and rules and assist in supporting tax & fee research through technological solutions Misc. tasks and duties as assigned

Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Math, Physics, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant Finance or Business experience in a technology or fast-paced travel-related organization Strong data architecture skill set including a solid understanding of databaseconcepts and data logic Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Developer tools. Including ability to data mine, analyze results and make recommendations Prior proven Finance Business Analyst and/or hands on Project Management experience Proficient with all applications of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and Outlook preferred Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate highly sophisticated and multi-faceted concepts and ideas in a simple, clear, and concise way, both in written and verbal formats Demonstrated ability to work well both within a team and as an independent contributor Exemplary and proven presentation skills and ability to persuade and create action Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-motivated personality and an ability to exceed expectations in a fast-paced, results oriented environment Proficient knowledge of eCommerce is preferred
