The Role

Veeva Systems is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in our Quality team who has a deep understanding of Quality processes and applications.

Combining Quality experience, process know-how, and product expertise, CSMs help customers identify how to add value to their organization, adopt best practices, and drive industry transformation beyond the software implementation.

This is a remote, customer-facing role based in Europe with no work location rule if you are near an airport and able to meet travel requirements.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance):
  • Utilizes independent judgement by reviewing every SBA loan with an increased level of potential risk to ensure that the loan was underwritten, determined to be eligible, documented, closed, and imaged according to Chase and SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) requirements.
  • Keeps up to date on SBA SOP, maintaining an ongoing understanding of SBA underwriting, eligibility, documentation, and closing policies/processes, keeping abreast of industry trends and external market.
  • Acts as a liaison with the Portfolio Management Center and assists with guaranty repurchase requests as needed
  • Assists with oversight of the Chase SBA program
  • Interacts successfully with other departments and other lines of business, being responsive to inquiries from all job families
  • Assumes responsibility for managing necessary updates to SBA Solutions policies, procedures, and forms as a result of SBA SOP updates
  • Assists with other quality reviews as requested

Price Quality Compliance Business Analyst

The Price Quality Compliance Business Analyst will be responsible for a combination of operational tax & fee oversight, research, project work, report development, and analytics. The core responsibilities include review of internal tax and fee data and the development of audit and control processes around tax content management.
