We're hiring multiple Emerging and Disruptive Technology Analysts to join our team. In this position you will analyze and assess future technology and its military application(s) by foreign states and non-states. Analysts will support Object-Based Intelligence (OBI) production with a specialized focus on emerging technologies and strategic horizon analysis. Analysts will evaluate the potential national security implications of disruptive technologies-such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, biotechnology, and autonomous systems-and identify early indicators of technological shifts. This role supports the development of ontologies for structured intelligence integration and contributes to anticipatory analysis that informs long-term defense planning and early warning.
Responsibilities: A day in the life/What the position will be doing:
Produce assessments projecting the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and the potential impact to Defense Critical Infrastructure and U.S. nuclear weapons worldwide.
Produce intelligence supporting the production of the National Security Threat Capabilities Assessment, and threat assessments/global baseline assessments for the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP).
Provide early warning of disruptive developments to ensure Intelligence Community awareness of evolving technological landscapes.
Conduct all-source analysis to assess the strategic impact of emerging technologies on national security.
Identify and evaluate potential future threats and opportunities posed by technological developments across global domains.
Develop and refine ontologies to support OBI production and semantic interoperability within the Defense Intelligence Core Ontology.
Apply structured analytic techniques (e.g., ACH, scenario analysis, key assumptions check) to assess technology trends and forecast disruptive shifts.
Monitor global R&D, innovation ecosystems, and technology adoption patterns to inform strategic foresight and early warning.
Collaborate with data scientists and technologists to integrate advanced analytics, machine learning, and semantic technologies into analytic workflows.
Document analytic processes to support automation, reproducibility, and integration into knowledge graphs and decision-support systems.
Produce assessments and briefings tailored to senior decision-makers, highlighting risks, opportunities, and strategic implications of emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI with CI poly.
8 years of experience and a related Bachelor's degree
Experience conducting strategic foresight or horizon scanning in a national security or technology context.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Possesses an expert ability to describe findings and techniques tailored to the intended audience, including technical and nontechnical decision makers.

Analyzing payment data: Reviews payment variances to identify trends and patterns in underpayments or overpayments from payers.
Payer contract review: Understands and interprets payer contracts and their reimbursement methodology utilized in healthcare payments to ensure accurate billing practices and identify potential reimbursement issues based on fee schedules, payer policies and coding guidelines.
Root cause analysis: Investigates the reasons behind payment variances.
Evaluate and identify insurance payment variances from zero payments, full denials, and line-item denials, and determine root cause of underpayments.
Take necessary actions to recover insurance underpayments due to payer downcoding, incorrect coding, billing errors, system glitches, or payer policy changes.
Appeals management: Initiates appeals for payment variances. Contacts payer, gather and compare pricing information via EOBs, contracts, payor policies, patient benefits to effectively initiate appeals.
Collaborate with payer representatives and LifeBridge Health's Managed Care department to resolve billing disputes and recoup underpayments
.Reporting and communication: Generate comprehensive reports on payment variance trends, identify areas of improvement and communicate findings to leadership. Process improvement initiatives: Works closely with each department responsible for root causes to assist in preventing underpayments. Participates in projects to streamline billing processes, improve claim accuracy, and minimize payment variances

Are you in? Primary Purpose:

Job Scope:
Modeling & Scenario Planning develops and maintains system models required to run studies on the transmission system to ensure adherence to reliability criteria. This includes, but is not limited to, running thermal and voltage steady state powerflow studies and maintaining modeling data (connectivity, impedances, ratings, contingency information, etc.). As part of that task, the Team analyzes the risk on the transmission system both in the short term and future years, which provides critical information to anticipate unidentified issues and prioritize existing risks.
The successful candidate will perform Transmission System Modeling and Power Flow Studies/Analysis of the Exelon transmission system. These efforts will include:
Developing models and performing studies using available tools such as PSS/E and TARA

What You Will Do: This Senior Data Analyst role will support the Chief of Staff for a major Program Executive Office (PEO) at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) with business analytics, specifically assisting with financial analysis and creating data visualizations or ad hoc analytical reports to monitor for financial risks and opportunities. Financial analysis could include close tracking of budget and spend plan in support of Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE). In addition, this role requires a data savvy, consultant mindset as the Chief of Staff may utilize the Data Analyst for other data management improvement or digital process automation efforts, or for analysis/visualization of non-financial data sets related to program capabilities or office operations. An ideal candidate has experience with PPBE, summarizing data in visualizations for Executive audiences, strong communication skills, and a proactive, flexible mindset. This role requires someone who can work independently and as part of a team and can help the Chief of Staff and PEO leadership understand how business challenges translate to data solutions.
What You Will Need:
An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance; must UPGRADE and MAINTAIN a Top Secret with SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community customers, with at least TWO (2) years supporting data analytics and visualization
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
Experience with programming languages including Python and SQL and understanding of how to create data pipelines and create new data frames
Understanding of and experience supporting PPBE/Government spend plan activities
Excellent written and verbal communication and experience working with Senior Government officials
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Experience with Jira
Experience supporting NGA

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Identity & Access Management systems architecture and standards for delivering enterprise‑wide Identity, Access, Directory, and Authentication Services for employees, vendors, and members with the capability to support cloud services of varying types.
Participate and support information security policies and relevant compliance requirement activities with respect to cloud deployments.
Support the design and engineer enterprise deployment of identity governance and administration tools and products for cloud related projects and programs.
Continuously monitor system resources through automated scanning and implement automated reporting feeds to support cybersecurity authorizations.
Verify patch compliance using the approved technical solution.
Implementation of security procedures, and verify information system security requirements, including coordinating the execution, review, and disposition of STIG checklists for systems, applications, developed code and other components.
Participate in regular briefings with the customer on cybersecurity status, including preparing briefing materials.
Prepare detailed technical documentation to support development and operational processes.
Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering a learning environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required to maintain employment.
US citizenship required.
Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT‑2).

Experience with USAF Cloud One or Platform 1.
Experience with Zero Trust Architecture.
