Insight Global is hiring for a Manual UAT Tester to sit onsite in St. Louis, MO for a large, telecommunication company. This Manual UAT tester will be joining the Business Integration team within Customer Operations. This group is working on an initiative called MVNO (mobile virtual network operator). In other words, this initiative focuses on SMB mobile customers where they will utilize T-Mobile infrastructure/network and Charter will provide the customer service (MVNO). The ideal candidate will have prior experience with daily testing execution, creating test cases, and using cases based on requirements that have been written by other teams. This team runs monthly deployments with a 3 week testing cycle (new update once a month released and 3 weeks dedicated to testing). Each person is handling 10-12 mobile projects per month with a defect triage being done per project (reviewing reported bugs and which need to be fixed before release). Furthermore, this team is testing current release while also already preparing and testing for the next cycle. Because this team is handling multiple tasks at a time, the team is looking for someone that has worked in a fast paced environment and team oriented. On a day-to-day basis, this person will spend 70% of their time within testing and 30% within preparing the testing/test plans. This team sits 4 days onsite in Maryland Heights, MO and 1 floating remote day.
Pay: Up to $47/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

About the Work
The Geomatics Office (SFN) provides Geomatics content, functional management, and analysis to ensure GEOINT accuracy. SFN's mission is to enable GEOINT accuracy through geodetic, geophysical, and photogrammetric sciences and content. SFN's functions include the following:
Provide for maintenance and currency of World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84) content, to include the WGS 84 reference frame, the World Magnetic Model, Earth Gravitational Model, and controlled imagery.
Provide functional management for all users of Geomatics content. Provide datum transformations, coordinate conversions and other geodetic analysis to ensure that all GEOINT is interoperable with WGS 84.
Provide and maintain required Geomatics content in the form of Foundation GEOINT Focus Group (FG) surfaces including topographic elevation, gravity, geotechnical soils and crosscountry mobility.
Provide multi-sensor, geodetic, geophysical, geotechnical and photogrammetric analysis. Provide geodetic and geophysical survey support to IC and DoD.
Provide controlled imagery content, functional management, and develop delivery mechanisms to support targeting and FG needs in line with the agency vision.
Advises, assists, leads, manages, works and/or supports Business Operations; development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication of measurable business processes; Subject Matter Expert development, coordination and maintenance of all assigned process and procedures; SME development, coordination and maintenance of all process diagrams, SOPs, Checklists, etc.; automate and visualize business processes. Participate in NGA planning activities with Mission Partners, and development contractor sponsored Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups. Develop and update business plans, advocacy briefings, and schedules in accordance with agency policy. Develop and coordinate Mission Plans and agency approval documentation.
Your Duties
Assist the National Center for Geospatial Intelligence Standards (NCGIS) and NGA's Source Operations & Management Office (SF) in the development and maintenance of World Geodetic System (WGS) and Geomatics standardization artifacts for topics related to geospatial information including Space, imagery, and imagery intelligence.
Support the NCGIS and SF with developing and documenting WGS and GEOMATICS standardization artifacts required for the end-user in the collection, production, dissemination, and exploitation of GEOINT.
Serve as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to the World Geodetic Systems and Geomatics - Focus Group (WGSG FG) and the Geospatial-Intelligence Standards Working Group (GWG) providing guidance as to the mandating of WGS and Geomatics standards in the DoD IT Standards Registry (DISR) and the IC Standards registry (ICSR).
Serve as consultants for GWG in defining life-cycle requirements for WGS and Geomatics standards and assist in the development of Technical Standards.
Coordinate efforts with the GWG, the WGSG FG, SFN Senior Leadership, Transformation and Content Management Office (CMO) points of contact, Domain Leads, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Information Technology Services Directorate (T) personnel, and Online GEOINT Services (OGS) personnel.
Assist in the:
development, documentation, and maintenance of domain-specific standardization artifacts.
Standardization artifacts consist of but not limited to; standards, implementation profiles, product specifications, handbooks, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instructions, and implementation guidance.
Artifacts are required for GEOINT collection, production, and dissemination and promote interoperability with applicable DoD, IC, and international standards.
Coordinate activities across focus groups (FGs) as applicable, and provide guidance to the NSG/NGA with respect to implementation and compliance criteria.
Support the development of web capabilities, enabling online, on-demand access of standardization products.
Assist with the development and maintenance of Intellipedia and IntelDocs pages in support of online, on-demand efforts and Standards development.
Ensure compliance to web services architecture for the NSG, NGA, DoD, IC, Federal sector, as well as international defense and civil standardization development organizations and standards setting organizations.
Incorporate program metrics, analyst progress/performance metrics, resource management, and project milestones and timelines where possible.
Perform internal and external briefing in a clear and concise manner to communicate information to Senior Leadership, Standardization Community and Local SMEs
Assist SMEs in communicating complex topics to layperson(s).
