THE POSITION
As Sourcing Engineer you will be part of this innovative team identifying, evaluating, securing and developing suppliers for materials, components, or services needed to support product development and product performance, quality, delivery and cost targets. You will operate cross-functionally working on evaluating sourced components and products. You will work frequently with the procurement team and the R&D team as they continue to develop new products and evaluate manufacturing partners. This role will even include international travel alongside other team members to evaluate international partners. This role will be in-person in at the company's headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Collaboration: works with engineering and supply chain teams to source materials and services that align with product requirements.
Supplier Selection and Negotiation: Assesses supplier capabilities, quality standards and financial stability to ensure they meet company standards. Ensures cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance: Ensures that suppliers adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements, addresses any issues that arise.
Interprets prints, drawings, and quality requirements against product requirements
May oversee delivery schedules as needed and oversee resolutions to supply chain disruptions.
Responsible for project planning & coordination, resource management, tactical execution, and the creation and / or oversight of final project deliverables
Establish communication strategies to report on program status, communicate critical issues to external and internal customers, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions.
Solicit quotations, perform cost analysis functions, lead cross functional teams to achieve program and project goals
Create, develop, monitor, and maintain project plans
Communicate project status to management and project stakeholders
Travels to suppliers, this includes international travel
Works well in a collaborative team environment
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management and/or Engineering (Electrical Engineering degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably Operations or Engineering
Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical components and manufacturing processes.
Strong project management, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Facilitates the elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements and Testing disciplines of the Rational Unified Process (RUP), including Stakeholder requests, current and future state models, Use Cases, Business Rules, User Interface requirements, Mapping documents, Supplementary Specifications and associated diagrams; also includes Test Plans and test cases.
Qualifications:
General
Experience leading structured projects in a complex technical environment
Proven ability to lead external vendors
Ability to provide, receive, and act on critical feedback
Proven ability to work within a structured team environment and assist with successful delivery of projects
Intermediate BSA:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline. Minimum of 2-4 years experience in business analysis. 2-4 years of industry experience preferred.
Senior BA:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience, preferably in IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing). Minimum of 5 or more years of experience in business systems analysis. 2-4 years of industry experience also preferred. Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment.
Lead BA:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a business area discipline (i.e. accounting, investments, or marketing) or equivalent education/experience. Minimum of 8 or more years of experience in business systems analysis. 2-4 years of industry experience also preferred. Two years of experience managing technical projects in a complex environment.

The Production Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and coordinating production schedules to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves forecasting demand, optimizing resource allocation, and collaborating across departments to meet production goals while minimizing costs and delays.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Analyze production specifications and plant capacity to determine optimal manufacturing processes.
Develop and maintain production schedules based on lead times, inventory levels, and customer demand.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks or delays.
Prepare detailed reports on production performance, efficiency, and cost analysis.
Identify and resolve operational issues that could impact production timelines including sold versus actual hours and direct versus indirect time.
Forecast production costs and conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
