Experience with Jira or VersionOne for writing user stories and managing projects. Experience in data visualization and dashboarding using Power BI or similar tools. The Solutions Analyst is a leader within a project and someone who our clients look to as a voice of authority when designing solutions that will help them achieve their goals and bring value to their organizations. Who will you work with? As a Solutions Analyst, you will be a vital member of a growing client services team, reporting to Aionic's Delivery leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients - both business and IT stakeholders - to help solve and guide clients through complex multidimensional problems in a range of different industries and technologies. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document requirements needed to bring solutions to life Analysis: Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated via both operational processes and/or rules based system design Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT department. The successful Solutions Analyst should be comfortable leading meetings, working sessions and solution design workshops Documentation: Create detailed documentation for designed solutions, including data models, process flows, functional design, BPMN 2.0, and user guides Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users of the implemented solutions Valuation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the efficiency of existing systems and recommend innovative solutions for potential improvements Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments to implement the designed solutions Limited travel may be required based upon the specific client needs, and may vary project to project Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
