As the Director of Business Analytics, you will lead a team of high-performing analysts in support of Favor's strategic initiatives. Skills & Qualifications: A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience. 10+ years of experience in the analytics space and 5+ years of experience leading teams. Demonstrated track record of creating strategic relationships across the business while driving alignment on high-priority, high-visibility initiatives.Expert in organizational design and building a centralized BA team with a diverse range of business domain expertise. Experience with business intelligence software, such as Looker, Tableau, or Domo. Experience with client-side analytics, like Google Analytics and Firebase. Familiarity with DW design, ETL processes and data governance best-practices. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and statistical concepts related to A/B and multivariate testing. High proficiency in relational DB and query languages (e.g. SQL, Athena, Spectrum). Familiarity with R / Python. Effective written and verbal communication skills, in particular storytelling with data in a presentation setting. Servant leadership with strong collaboration within and across functional departments.

The Lead Financial Consultant will play an integral role in helping MetLife track and monitor achievement of large-scale transformational goals. Specifically, the Lead Financial Consultant will partner with key leaders from Finance, Global Operations, Human Resources and Information Technology to ensure the successful delivery of near-term focused targets while creating a sustainable platform for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities:



Create and manage detailed financial models that incorporate complex and evolving baseline assumptions. Produce comprehensive benefit and expense forecasts
Partner with key leaders and program managers to ensure the successful on-time and on-target delivery of agreed-upon savings value goals associated with transformational initiatives
Develop creative, effective, robust, user-friendly management reporting and tools that can be scaled across Global Technology and Operations organization

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:



Required:
