Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Sr Business Applications Analyst to join our team at our client’s site in Broomfield, CO.

As a Sr Business Applications Analyst, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. You' ll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Responsible for new web and cloud applications, functional enhancements and maintenance requests for Dynamic Web Applications and SQL/Data Science based business solutions Works on basic to moderately complex projects with individual responsibility Receives technical coaching on business functions and moderately complex programming issues Works closely with senior development staff when interfacing with IT groups and business units tackling complex issues Responsible for designing and documenting technical requirements for business applications Works independently on assigned tasks to fulfill requested changes, enhancements and updates to existing applications Provides trouble shooting and diagnostic support for assigned applications in support of users and identified issues Provides remediation of identified issues for assigned applications


Must-haves:


Bachelor' s Degree in a related field with at least 10 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Expert experience troubleshooting\managing Windows 10 and Microsoft' s upgrade cycle Expert skills managing/configuring Microsoft Office Expert in troubleshooting and configuring workstation hardware Experience managing endpoints using latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) Experience managing mobile devices using an MDM/EMM Ability to demonstrate strong networking fundamentals Proficient in automating tasks using PowerShell and/or Visual Basics Proficient in administering Windows Server 2016 or higher Experience managing enterprise wide projects

Purpose of JobWe are seeking a talented Senior level Business Applications Analyst with Debit Card experience. This position can be worked remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional travel to convene with team members at least 4 times per year OR will be worked on a Hybrid basis from our corporate office in San Antonio, TX.

NOTE: The candidate selected for this position will work with the Debit Card Production Support team in the Retail Banking Operations department. They will be responsible for the daily operational oversight for debit card processing systems and vendors. Will serve as a functional subject matter expert related to debit card processing for initiatives, projects and technology development activities. Provides guidance in evaluating and maintaining debit card processing systems, reviews and evaluates proposed product changes related to the processing systems and integrations. Understands and maintains knowledge for card associations (Visa, Mastercard) rules along with ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to the debit card and banking industries.

Provides complex analytical, business, and technical support related to strategic business functions, process, and applications/IT platforms. Leads and participates in efforts supporting business analysis and decision-making processes including creating, implementing, and maintaining application solutions to meet the needs of a business or organization. Proposes changes to business processes to better align to business need.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of related experience in addition to the minimum years of experience required may be substituted in lieu of degree
Minimum Experience:
6+ years of work experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application/IT platform design and/or IT documentation, with an understanding of application/IT platform data systems and operations processes Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, to include testing execution Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow and business requirements, as well as technical functionality of IT applications/IT platform. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of risk & controls with experience identifying and fixing gaps, documenting controls and testing of those controls. Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.
Preferred Education/Experience:
4+ years direct experience in debit card systems and operations, including transaction and settlement flows related to card brand and PIN networks 4+ years direct experience working with and oversight of strategic vendors Working knowledge of EMV/Chip & Contactless card processing; 2+ years direct experience Working knowledge of banking regulations and card association/PIN network operating rules Proven independent analytical and technical skills in fast-paced, changing environment Working knowledge and use of technical skills including EZTrieve and advanced Excel as examples
Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $88,200 - $158,900*
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
Geographical Differential : Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.

About the role: The Business Application and Delivery team at Premise Health implements and supports financial applications (Microsoft Dynamics GP) for the company. Our team also supports integrations incoming and outgoing from Dynamics GP. Our team works closely with various departments including Finance & Accounting, Accounts Payable, Billing, Payroll, and Human Resources. The team also creates and supports the processes that integrates data between many of these applications.
The Business Applications Analyst position will be part of the team that is responsible for the support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and add on application, Concur, PaperSave, Prophix, Power BI and other new applications as needed.

Essential Functions:

• Support end-users by answering questions about the application and troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Serve as system administrator for financial applications that you support including system configuration and managing routine updates
• Support/Troubleshoot integrations between systems.
• Assist with implementation of new systems, functionality, workflows and/or processes
• Create process and training documentation
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Create SSRS and PowerBI reports, queries to be used in Prophix reporting.
• Other tasks, as needed by the company

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of relevant work experience
• ERP Application support/implementation experience
• Previous exposure and/or participation with application implementation projects, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of the organization Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks/requests

Preferred Experience:

Compensation is between $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
