Purpose of JobWe are seeking a talented Senior level Business Applications Analyst with Debit Card experience. This position can be worked remotely in the continental U.S. with occasional travel to convene with team members at least 4 times per year OR will be worked on a Hybrid basis from our corporate office in San Antonio, TX.

NOTE: The candidate selected for this position will work with the Debit Card Production Support team in the Retail Banking Operations department. They will be responsible for the daily operational oversight for debit card processing systems and vendors. Will serve as a functional subject matter expert related to debit card processing for initiatives, projects and technology development activities. Provides guidance in evaluating and maintaining debit card processing systems, reviews and evaluates proposed product changes related to the processing systems and integrations. Understands and maintains knowledge for card associations (Visa, Mastercard) rules along with ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements applicable to the debit card and banking industries.

Provides complex analytical, business, and technical support related to strategic business functions, process, and applications/IT platforms. Leads and participates in efforts supporting business analysis and decision-making processes including creating, implementing, and maintaining application solutions to meet the needs of a business or organization. Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. The salary range for this position is: $88,200 - $158,900*
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
Geographical Differential : Geographic pay differential is additional pay provided to eligible employees working in locations where market pay levels are above the national average.
Shift premium will be addressed on an individual basis for applicable roles that are consistently scheduled for non-core hours.
