As a GRC ITSM Specialist, you will bridge Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and IT Service Management (ITSM) disciplines to strengthen our global IT operations and compliance posture. You will work across security, compliance, and service management teams to ensure processes, controls, and IT services meet internal standards, industry regulations, and contractual requirements.
This role will report to our Global Manager of Info Sec & GRC. What You Will Do:
Maintain credentials at 100% pass rate.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus).
Conduct periodic risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring across ITSM processes.
Assist in internal and external security/compliance audits by preparing evidence, reports, and remediation plans.
Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and controls in alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.
Administer and enhance ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) to ensure effective incident, problem, change, and request management processes.

Support change management processes to ensure security, compliance, and minimal operational disruption.
Collaborate with IT operations and security teams to ensure alignment between IT service delivery and compliance requirements.
Act as a liaison between IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with regulatory and contractual obligations.
Provide training and awareness sessions for ITSM and compliance best practices.
Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce risk and enhance efficiency in service delivery.

Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, request, asset/configuration management).
GRC Framework Knowledge like ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST.
Experience with audits and compliance support.

Skilled in establishing and analyzing KPIs/SLAs/OLAs to monitor service quality and compliance performance.

* Assists the Director of Pharmacy in writing and implementing department and system policies and procedures pertaining to drug distribution, use and control

* Monitors revenues and expenses to identify deficiencies or excesses
* Arranges for and supervises the pharmacys annual inventory
* Participates in or delegates responsibility for chart audits requested by management, internal audit, third party payers, etc.
* Supervises the drug purchasing program with emphasis on the use of AGPO and IDN contracts (investigates purchasing options to reduce overall pharmacy system expense)
* Conducts and documents monthly staff meetings
* Serves on hospital specific committees, e.g. Nurse/Pharmacy Committee, etc.
* Serves on Pharmacy based system committees as requested by the Director of Pharmacy provides or arranges for in-service education for pharmacy personnel, nursing and ancillary services as needed
* Ensures that the pharmacy department is properly maintained (appropriately cleaned by housekeeping, controlled by security and equipment properly functioning through maintenance or bio engineering)
* Communicates issues and concerns, both internal and external, to the Director of Pharmacy
* Maintains open communications to the Site Administrator, Nursing Director and Ancillary Department Managers
* Assumes other responsibilities as required to maintain high quality pharmacy services
*Responsibilities include oversight of multiple infusion pharmacies within Georgia, and a large team of over 60 members comprised of clinical pharmacists, staff clinical pharmacists, inventory specialists, pharmacy technicians and student interns.
*Experience with sterile compounded products required, including rules and regulations and USP 797 required.
*Ideal candidates have two or more years of experience in supervisory roles, and work in a setting with hazardous drugs, utilizing guidance from USP 800.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical support of linear accelerator treatments, including patient simulation, image fusion, treatment planning, secondary dose calculation, plan quality assurance and reviews of treatment plan safety and quality.
Special emphasis on stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT), HDR, and TBI treatment planning, secondary dose verification and plan quality assurance.

Colleagues, Facility and Equipment:
The department staff comprises six experienced medical physicists who are actively involved in various clinical, teaching, and research activities. Additionally, the department includes ten radiation oncologists, nine dosimetrists, one medical physics resident, and a dedicated IT specialist. The department is equipped with seven Varian linear accelerators, which include one Trilogy, five TrueBeam machines, and one Halcyon. It also has one CyberKnife, one Radixact Tomotherapy machine, and two HDR brachytherapy afterloaders (Elekta Flexitron), along with five CT simulators from GE Medical Systems. Furthermore, the department has three-year and ten-year long-term plans for the system upgrade and an additional cancer center is currently under construction and is expected to open in Summer 2025. The RN Resident is expected to successfully complete the 12-month Nurse Residency Program (NRP). RN Residents will participate in programs designed by 1) specialty/service line and 2) NRP sessions to support their development. The RN Resident, under the direct supervision of the Unit Manager and in collaboration with the Professional Nurse Educator, Assistant Nurse Manager, and his/her Preceptor, is responsible for the provision of nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with current Wellstar Standards of Care.
The RN Resident is a proactive member of an interprofessional team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients receive individualized, high quality, safe patient care. Families and significant others are viewed as engaged care team partners supporting the patient across the continuum of care. The framework for practice is guided by the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, Patient Care Delivery Model, evidence-based practice, and research.
