About the role: The Senior Digital Marketing Business Analyst / Solution Owner plays a pivotal role in driving strategic digital initiatives across marketing as a collaborative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) leader. This role bridges business needs and technical execution as the enterprise expert in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and CRM strategy, ensuring seamless integration of marketing technologies to enable omnichannel customer engagement, data-driven decision-making, and scalable business growth. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable capabilities while championing Salesforce best practices and platform governance.
