Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider like Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc. experience

Work you will do as an ISOutsource Managing Consultant:
Client retention, wallet retention and wallet growth for a book of business (clients)

Interview Process: Candidates selected will be invited to a one-way video interview, writing assignment, and three live interviews: a behavioral interview and two separate 45-minute case interviews, each conducted by a different interviewer.

Salary: The annual compensation for this role is $77,000 for the Associate Consultant position and $85,000 for the Consultant position. Our salary structure is designed to be in line with that of non-profit and social impact organizations, reflecting our dedication to social impact work. This is distinct from management consultancies, which predominantly cater to commercial clients.

You are expected to work near one of our offices and work 2-3 days/week in the office.

Typical qualifications for an Associate Consultant:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations or a related field
Excellent academic record
Minimum 1 year of experience in business, finance, government, or the nonprofit sector is preferred.
Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative
Ability to present information in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral
Demonstrated fluency with English speaking and writing skills
