The Legal Operations BusinessConsultant - Finance is responsible for supporting the financial management and operations within the Legal Department. This role involves analyzing legal spend, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with related policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
The Legal Operations BusinessConsultant reports to the Legal Operations Manager of Enterprise Functions. The position will work closely with the Head of Legal Operations, Senior Legal Managers and the Chief Legal Officer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Conduct detailed financial analysis of the Legal Department's expenditures, including outside counsel and vendor costs. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
2. Assist in the preparation of the overall Legal Departments and respective practice areas' budget and monthly forecasts. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
3. Partner with the Data Analytics Team to track and report on legal spend, providing insights to legal and finance leadership. Utilize dashboards and reports for effective spend management.
4. Collaborate with the procurement team and other stakeholders to establish budgets and advise on the financial impact of departmental expenses related to technology and legal-related vendors.
5. Prepare and present financial reports to the legal operations and finance teams. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with corporate guidelines.
6. Identify and implement process improvements in financial operations within the Legal Department. Work on automation and optimization of financial workflows.
7. Monitor financial activities within the Legal Department to comply with policies and internal controls.
8. Serve as primary contact with Finance and partner with other cross-functional teams to align on budget goals, spending initiatives, and reporting requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Active Consultant (MAWM) with strong techno-functional expertise in the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System. This role involves hands-on implementation, configuration, testing, and support across multiple business functions and modules.
As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into effective WMS solutions, and collaborate with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful delivery. This is an onsite role based in Atlanta, GA.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and provide effort estimations
Participate in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Manhattan Active WMS
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues within the package solution
Design and execute test cases and support UAT activities
Document as-is and to-be process flows across multiple systems
Collaborate with internal teams, offshore teams, and external vendors
Communicate project timelines, risks, and status updates effectively
Maintain high-quality documentation, reports, and testing artifacts
Suggest process improvements based on system and business analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
7 to 15 years of experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM)
Strong techno-functional knowledge of Manhattan Active WMS
Experience with application implementation, configuration, and production support
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong experience with API testing tools such as Postman
Solid understanding of product and warehouse process flows
Experience writing SQL queries using Oracle, MySQL, or similar relational databases
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions

Northrop Grumman Defense Sector is seeking a Principal (Level 3)/ Sr. Principal Business Management Analyst (Level 4) to join its team of qualified, and diverse professionals. This position will be located in Warner Robins, GA. This position is onsite and not remote.
In this role, the selected candidate will:
The Business Management Analyst will support the IMS OU within the Weapons Integration & Mission Solutions (WIMS) Business Unit (BU).
The Analyst will interface with the program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet OU requirements.
As part of this role the Analyst will
Controlling the costs, identifying financial issues and work them to resolution
Ensure the contract's financial performance is in line with company expectations and goals for awards, sales, margin and free cash conversion
Prepares in-depth budgets and schedules for medium sized programs and performs analyses to ensure that contracts are within negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines
Performs financial analyses and prepares variance explanations, estimates to complete (EACs), and monthly corporate and customer reports related to cost/schedule performance, staffing, and sales outlook
Prepares EVMS baselines, maintains artifacts, analyzes monthly performance, updates MPM / Cobra system
Performs schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks
Prepares and evaluates ROMs and proposals
Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government
Works under limited supervision
