What Does A Business Continuity Management Director Do At Pfizer

* Develop revenue forecast and full P&L's for potential opportunities.
* Working closely with BAI, develop market and market share assumptions, COGS estimates as well as operating expenses needed to achieve forecasts
* Review and work closely with Finance (Commercial and BD Finance) to ensure all forecasts are in line with proper Accounting standards, and that all partner line expenses are represented properly in the P&L
* Assist with preparation and development of all presentations for BDC
* Provide financial modeling for any potential changes to deal terms or structure of any existing agreementsUS Brands Analytics/Decision Support:
* Work with commercial teams to identify trends which are appropriate to include in Finance LE's and Op Plan.
* Track and provide teams with tactic performance/incremental revenues in order to assess ROI's
* Develop and provide LOE erosion curves to be used for planning purposes taking into account specific product attributes (TA, size of molecule, number of generic competitors, etc)
* Liaison with Greenstone and Pfizer Injectables commercial teams on the launch of Pfizer generics
* Provide analytic support to the Sales Force Effectiveness and Account Management team
* Enhance and maintain existing dashboards and reports for KPI's and KPM's, track performance, identify trends
* Develop forecasts for key business drivers (Payer performance, Field force activities, etc)
* Provide ad-hoc analytics as needed
* Ad-hoc financial modeling of opportunities and risks in the P&L for brands in the portfolio
* Provide modeling for any potential marketing tactics (new or existing) that team is considering deploying (Copay cards, contracting, etc.) using internal/external analogs to support forecasts
* Provide pricing and competitor analysis using tools such as IPD, Analysource, IMS data

* Responsible for enhancement of regional sales performance in 2 designated Business Regions:
* Business Management:
* o MTA and MBR support
* o Monthly business reviews
* o Understanding and supporting regional sales and profitability strategy and connection to funnel
* o Providing guidance and assist to develop solutions on individual country /region issues e.g. low profitability in a country, pricing, missing out on mega deals, etc.

* Establishes policies, procedures and drive improvement and standards related to financial processing and reporting.
