* Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and implementation of business continuity plans for all businesses and functional areas on a global basis.

* Develop and execute company Business Continuity strategy to ensure business is able to recover in the event of a crisis
* Identify, procure, manage and administer Business Continuity program; partner with Technology and Business groups to ensure compliance and connectivity to company information
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support BC Plan coordination (Tech, Bank, etc.) and ensure consistency in methodology and between groups and plans
* Manage Business Impact Analysis (BIA’s) from strategy to implementation.

* Train, mentor and assist departments (Business Units) in building Business Continuity plans for their areas.

* Monitor laws and regulations related to Business Continuity; analyze business continuity industry standards and best practices on an ongoing basis to identify and manage opportunities
* Act as back up support to company Crisis Management Team during a declared event and support claims teams as needed
* Monitor emerging threats to the organization; work with internal teams to recommend ways to reduce risk
* Support emergency response and preparation programs including mobile app programs

* Minimum five years of experience in the field of Business Continuity Planning Current Certification from DRII (Disaster Recovery Institute International) or BCI (Business Continuity Institute)
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools
* Proficient and organized use of nationally recognized BCP tools

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
