What Does A Business Coordinator Do At Mercy Health

* The Business Coordinator is responsible for Patient Access technology, applications, systems and processes and may have ownership over one or more technologies / processes.
* Technologies and processes may include but is not limited to coordinating referrals, managing the clinical department scheduling templates and managing vendors.
* They are responsible for system updates, fixing issues, fielding questions and the overall operation of their specific technology / process.

* For undergraduate students: Oversees undergraduate course planning, registration & enrollment.
* Works with Chair & other faculty to plan annual & quarterly course schedules.

* Oversees support to undergraduate students during pre-registration, registration & add/drop period.
