Lead Business Data Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Finance & Analytics team at the Kansas City Regional Center is looking for a Business and Data Analyst to provide direct support and analysis to various areas of the business, specifically the Commercial Teams with additional emphasis on modal analytics.

In this role, you will need to be able to evaluate anticipated / realized success levels of various business decisions through analysis of internal data. You will help determine key performance indicators for the business and create dashboard reporting for management to monitor performance and trends. You will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with the leadership team, specifically within Commercial Teams, to ensure timely resolution of issues and concerns as well as to increase content knowledge in areas of evolving focus. This role requires an organized individual with strong project management disciplines that can manage their workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

This position will require you to be in the office three days a week. We will continue monitoring the circumstances and when we feel comfortable, this position will return to the Kansas City office five days a week.
