The R&D team supports the industry with time to market, operating models, business process engineering, or data strategy.   • Assisting with the development of new or improved products and services by researching and resolving customer problems/needs and making recommendations based on that research/resolution.
  • Monitoring, coordinating, and evaluating programs, products, and services to assure an elevated level of responsiveness to customer needs and initiate actions with management, the partner vendors, and/or the customers to resolve identified problems in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the implementation of LEVERAGE Service Corporation products and services.
  • Attending chapter events and/or dinners to increase awareness of LEVERAGE products.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two to five years of sales or client service-related experience.
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong aptitude for consultative selling and service.

Preferred Qualifications:

TRAVEL:
