1. Meet or exceed the credit union's planned market share, assets, loans, and other product/service

objectives as stated in the business plan.

2. Meet the credit unions growth objective with respect to Select Employer Groups (SEG) and Preferred

Partners.

3. Provide recommendations to management, based on current research data, SEG feedback and opportunity

ratings regarding strategies and direction the credit union should take.

4. Accomplish duties and assignments in accordance with applicable credit union policy and procedures

as well as any state and federal rules and regulations, keeping management informed of any problematic

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the execution of business development plans. Support the pitch, presentation, and business review process. Carry out market research and track industry, client, and competitor news and information. Work to help prepare partners and other client-facing teams for pitch presentations and other client presentations. Track and maintain live opportunities in the CRM system.
