Territory: Across the United States **Responsibilities:** _Strategic Leadership_ + Build deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance market strategies and position Cardinal Health as a partner within the industry + Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Cardinal Health's Specialty growth objectives, including MSO expansion, GPO partner platform growth, and hospital-owned physician office initiatives + Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities + Leverage Cardinal Health's enterprise footprint to bring integrated solutions - distribution, practice management, specialty pharmacy services and analysis - directly to customers _Revenue & Market Growth_ + Achieve segment financial goals for topline revenue and operating earnings + Drive new business development and retention strategies to meet or exceed annual targets + Expand presence in key therapeutic areas: oncology, urology, retina, rheumatology, and infusion _Enterprise Collaboration_ + Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver holistic solutions that benefit the entire enterprise + Influence across business units to align priorities and resolve service issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience _Team Leadership & Development_ + Lead and inspire a team of sales directors, managers, and account executives + Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and professional development + Ensure operational discipline in SG&A and T&E spend, including trade show participation _Customer Engagement_ + Serve as the voice of the customer, building trusted relationships with physician offices, MSOs, and manufacturer partners + Represent Cardinal Health at industry events and forums to strengthen brand presence and thought leadership **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred + Minimum 15 years of healthcare sales and account/relationship management experience preferred + Clinic and or physician office sales experience, specifically within oncology and urology specialties, strongly preferred + Excellent planning, forecasting, financial and negotiation skills + Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives + Deep understanding of physician office financial complexities and wholesale distribution + Skilled in resolving service issues and delivering holistic solutions for a seamless customer experience + Executive presence and ability to build trusted relationships with physician offices, MSOs, and manufacturers + Executive presence and solid presentation and communication capabilities + Proven ability to design win-win strategies for the company and the client base + Self-starter; able to determine, independently, solutions that ensure business objectives are achieved within acceptable tolerances + Ability to travel 50-75% within the territory; work from home when not traveling **What is expected of you and others at this level:** + Provides leadership and direction for multiple operational units or disciplines through; Directors may manage Managers + Manages an organizational budget + Approves significant policies and procedures that will result in the achievement of organizational goals + Develops and implements functional and/or operational strategy + Decisions have a serious impact on overall success or failure on area of accountability and external stakeholders + Interacts with all levels of internal and/or external leaders + Influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance **Anticipated salary range:** $183,100- $326,655 **Bonus eligible:** Yes **Benefits:** Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being. + Medical, dental and vision coverage + Paid time off plan + Health savings account (HSA) + 401k savings plan + Access to wages before pay day with my FlexPay + Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) + Short- and long-term disability coverage + Work-Life resources + Paid parental leave + Healthy lifestyle programs The salary range listed is an estimate.
