Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday Work Environment: Hybrid position - work from home for administrative and marketing tasks, and in the field for outreach visits and events. Field Work: Build and maintain referral relationships, attend community events, and visit partner organizations. Travel: Santa Rosa to San Jose (Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement).
