This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an early career construction professional to join a dynamic team and have diverse responsibilities. The Associate will have a direct leadership role and gain immediate exposure to all sides of commercial real estate development from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and development and the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize multiple tasks and demands. Responsibilities: ▪ With the support of the development team, establish due diligence tasks and prepare pre-development budget ▪ Advance due diligence and entitlement activities to support finance closing ▪ Work with finance, operations and ownership to develop project goals and parameters ▪ Manage the design process to ensure alignment with the preliminary Basis of Design, budget and design schedule ▪ Solicit, qualify and negotiate proposals for construction related services. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
