The PM L&D Manager will be responsible for developing strategies, frameworks and tools that enable program managers to excel in their roles. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to support program management excellence
Assess training needs and design customized learning programs, including workshops, e-learning modules and mentoring initiatives
Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure L&D initiates align with strategic objectives
Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of learning programs and training content
Manage the delivery of learning solutions, ensuring high-quality experiences for participants
Stay informed on industry trends and integrate innovate learning methodologies and technologies
Build and lead a team to execute L&D programs, provided coaching and development for team members
Oversee budgets, resources and timelines to deliver L&D initiatives on time and within scope

Partnering with cross-sector and enterprise PM develop teams to achieve enterprise goals
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years (or Bachelor of Science in STEM and 9 years) of program management experience as defined below, OR a Master's degree and 8 years (or Master of Science in STEM and 7 years) of program management experience as defined below
Related experience includes professional to include a background in project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management related functions.
Must have 5+ years of experience in L&D, training or related fields, with a focus on program management
Must have Aerospace and Defense experience
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business need
Preferred qualifications:
Experience developing and delivering to commitments
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Job Summary: The Senior Sales Manager assists the General Manager with leading the Sales Team and aids in the collaboration with the Operations and Culinary team. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for selling the exciting experience of Elev8 Fun primarily through contracted events. The primary event market of focus will be corporate clients and will work directly with to build their event. What You'll Do:
Recruit, Hire, Train, Mentor and Coach Sales Team
Manage Sales Team weekly schedule in accordance with approved sales office hours coverage
Conduct and document bi-weekly 1-on-1's with Sales Team
Contribute to overall venue sales team revenue goals by meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas as assigned by General Manager in advance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Foster client relationships through ongoing communication with contacts to ensure repeat business and referrals

Lead regular Event Catering & Ops Meetings (IE: Banquet Event Order - BEO Meetings) with representatives from the venue's Culinary and Operations Team
Assist GM with creation and implementation of sales contests focused on driving revenues as well as desired behaviors by Sales Associates that promote continuous improvement
Create, manage and confirm Event bookings using our internal sales system including the documentation of all prospect and event client communication
Be open and eager to learn new sales skills
Work in collaboration with the sales team and other departments within the venue
Proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Detail any changes/updates to events and any specific needs for a successful event execution by Operations and Culinary based on the guests' expectations
Proactively engage in outbound sales activity and networking in the community in adherence to established business development to grow sales revenues for events

What You'll Need:
5+ years of current sales experience, preferable in hospitality, restaurant or entertainment venue focused on event/ticket sales
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred. Will also consider applicants with relevant work history
Ability to communicate effectively with new guests, return guests, co-workers and management
Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM Applications
Strong interpersonal and people skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Capable of managing multiple projects/programs simultaneously, while remaining calm under pressure
Ability to maintain and project professionalism, internally and externally, at all times
Flexible in approach; can readily adapt to business and team needs and changes
