Introduction of Role The Senior Director of Villa Sales & Marketing is a full-time senior leadership role responsible for owning the strategy, structure, and execution of the COVA Villa Sales program. This individual will lead the day-to-day planning, operational execution, and governance of villa sales during predevelopment, while serving as the senior decision-maker across sales, client engagement, agency management, and legal coordination.
