Position Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and winning large multifamily restoration and rehabilitation projects, while strengthening Summit's presence and reputation within key industry organizations. This role requires deep relationship management, disciplined sales execution, and daily CRM-driven activity. The ideal candidate is highly connected within the multifamily industry, actively involved in associations and committees, and comfortable leading client interviews, presentations, and negotiations for complex projects. This role is more than business development. It is a senior leadership opportunity with the ability to participate in executive leadership and help shape the strategic vision of the company as it continues to grow.
