The Business Development Officer (BDO) is a key role in Front Range State Bank's efforts to expand business development efforts along Colorado's Front Range. The candidate must be located within the Front Range of Colorado. The primary focus of this role will be to establish referral sources for consumer real estate loans, which include mortgages, home equity lending, construction lending, bridge loans, land loans, and more. The BDO role will also be expected to support the bank's efforts to increase deposit volume along the Front Range. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts business development efforts within the Front Range, sourcing both loans and deposits for the bank.
