What you'll be doing:
Sell and promote First Aid products to new accounts with 75 employees or more and/or multiple locations.
Develop new business and penetrate accounts further to sell additional lines with the priority as first aid, facility services, and safety products.
Meet new customer needs with products that will help provide a safe, pleasant, and productive workplace.
Lead 411 as another tool to grow your prospect hopper.
Organize and implement a “work plan' for maximizing daily sales and decreasing mileage between calls.
Maintain a call average that is consistent with current company objectives.
Promote growth by continuously setting appointments, making cold calls, and gaining referrals for new business.
Participate and execute information provided from sales meetings.
Submit work orders, paperwork and expense reports as required.
Keep paper-flow consistent by ensuring accuracy.
Communicate with the local Sales Manager, Territory Manager and the Regional Sales Manager with all pertinent information for any new accounts.
Keep abreast of all price changes and sell accordingly.
Maintain a prospect database of all accounts being developed.
Participate in periodic promotions.
Ensure that personal vehicle used for company business is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Adhere to company policies as outlined in the UniFirst Employee handbook and the Green Guard Field Manual.
Keep up to date about competitive companies, their products, and prices.
Share pertinent information about pricing and products with other employees during sales meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school and/or GED equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record are required.
Individuals who drive their personal vehicles for business purposes will be required to comply with minimum auto insurance requirements per UniFirst's standards.
Two years of business to business selling experience is required.
High-level selling skill including strong prospecting and closing skills.

Job Description
We are hiring an Oncology Sale Representative to support the launch of a newly approved targeted therapy for lung cancer! The Oncology Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a newly approved oncology product to oncology practices in an assigned geographic territory. Our representative will be providing value by engaging Oncologists, Oncology Nurses, office staff and pharmacists in face-to-face discussions.
The Oncology Sales Representatives will develop and maintain relationships with Health Care Providers by educating about our client's oncology product and its approved indications as well as the support services offered by our client for cancer patients.
Oncology Sales Representatives are expected to possess a high knowledge level of the product, disease state, the customers and territory.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Create, build, and maintain relationships and regular communication with physicians and key thought leaders in the US.
Utilize the customer relationship management system to keep call records including account planning.
Ensure a high level of expertise and customer service is delivered to all customers.
Responsible for collaborating effectively and mobilizing all appropriate resources.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills providing the product scientific information to healthcare professionals, oncologists, and other key stakeholders.
Adaptability to Oncology Advances: Complete training to understand the disease state and positioning of our client's product.

Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Minimum of 3 years of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience with at least 1 year in oncology experience with an understanding of the integrated oncology network.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

We're seeking a highly motivated Outbound SDR to join our growing sales team. This position is all about creating new opportunities and putting EntityKeeper in front of as many qualified organizations as possible. You'll be prospecting into target accounts, running multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events), and building awareness of EntityKeeper's value.
This role is perfect for someone who is super detail-oriented and takes pride in fiercely attacking high-level goals from multiple angles until results are achieved. If you're competitive, creative, and excited about building a sales pipeline, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
Proactively prospect into target accounts and identify decision-makers within legal, finance, and operations teams.
Execute outbound campaigns across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, events).
Craft personalized messaging that grabs attention and communicates EntityKeeper's value.
Qualify prospects through conversations, identifying needs, pain points, and alignment with our platform.
Schedule and conduct engaging and interactive product demonstrations to potential customers in various settings.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, activities, and lead status in CRM (Salesforce).
Track performance against weekly/monthly activity and pipeline goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Stay up-to-date on product features, competitor landscape, and industry trends to strengthen outreach.
Qualifications

Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Proactively identify, research, and engage enterprise-level prospects across QSR, Fast Casual, Sports & Entertainment, and Food Service Management verticals.
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and event-driven campaigns to build awareness and interest in our platform.
Execute highly personalized outreach that demonstrates understanding of industry operational challenges (speed of service, labor constraints, order accuracy, kitchen throughput, multi-location management, integration complexity).
Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and qualify prospects through discovery conversations.
Qualification & Discovery
Conduct initial qualification calls focused on uncovering operational, technical, and strategic needs.
Identify pain points related to POS modernization, digital transformation, menu management, kitchen operations, data visibility, and multi-location control.
Assess readiness, decision makers, buying processes, timeline, and budget alignment using MEDDICC or similar methodologies.
Set high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Enterprise Account Executives.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to execute targeted account strategies and support multi-threaded engagement.
Work with Marketing to shape messaging, industry-specific campaigns, and event follow-up workflows.
Provide real-time feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Tools, Process & Reporting
Maintain precise CRM hygiene (Salesforce or similar).
Utilize sales engagement and data tools (Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to maximize contact velocity and personalization.
Track activity metrics, pipeline creation, conversion rates, and account-based campaign performance.
QualificationsRequired
1-3+ years of SDR/BDR experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise technology, or restaurant/hospitality tech.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to conduct structured discovery and articulate value around operational efficiencies, digital transformation, and guest experience.
Comfortable working in long sales cycles (12-24 months) and contributing to account-based strategies.
Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage high-volume prospecting while maintaining quality.
Preferred
Experience prospecting into QSR, Fast Casual, or enterprise restaurant brands OR Sports & Entertainment or Food Service Management (B&I, Healthcare, Higher Ed).
Knowledge of POS systems, digital menu technology, kitchen automation tools, or similar operational technology platforms.
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger, or value-based selling principles.
