Workout Anytime is growing and we are seeking a high-energy, motivated Fitness Sales DevelopmentRepresentative to help expand our reach. You will contact leads, schedule gym tours and success sessions, and play a key role in helping new and existing members take the next step in their fitness journey.

Schedule & Environment
Full-time, 38-40 hours per week

Responsibilities
Contact new and existing leads by phone, text, and message.
Schedule membership consultations for the Sales Manager.
Schedule success sessions for the Fitness Director to deliver training and program upgrades.
Confirm all appointments to maximize show rate.
Follow up with no-shows and rebook them promptly.
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and results in the CRM.
Participate in weekly performance and coaching meetings.
