The business insights and analytics manager is the one who is responsible for leading the execution of analytical plans that identify performance and execution results and comprehend the impact of local market issues on sales performance. They are responsible for providing direct support to the managed market channel and working in a consultative role with senior sales management.

They need to manage and lead the successful integration of analysis results that leverage across relevant functions including marketing research, sales operations, finance, and forecasting. The position also requires working with internal constituencies, such as sales and other analytics teams and external agencies.

To be eligible for the position, applicants need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and familiarity or experience with business intelligence or business analytics/data analytics. Additionally, five or more years of experience in line management or project management can increase the job prospects.
