    The Business Intelligence Analyst develops and maintains reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role creates dashboards, reports, and visualizations using the Microsoft ecosystem (Power BI, Fabric) while working with data that has been prepared by the Data Engineering team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting & Visualization Development Designs, develops, and maintains reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric Creates and optimizes semantic models (formerly known as datasets) in Power BI to support self-service analytics Builds sophisticated interactive dashboards that meet complex business requirements and follow UX best
