About Maddox + You:
You will be the manager and project lead for modernizing our BI and reporting infrastructure. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of the company's analytics platform, data warehouse, and business reporting. This role manages the BI engineering team, sets technical standards for data modeling and metrics, and partners with business leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support decision-making across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
You will be the go-to person for all businessintelligence within the Maddox family. You will have intimate knowledge of our business and be able to quantify our performance by collecting data from the various systems that manage all our operations. Your work will enable us to make better decisions, more effectively prioritize our efforts, and do a better job of celebrating our wins.
