ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and Experience:
BA/BS Degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field required
Minimum 5 years experience working with and analyzing data, including the ability to manipulate, cleanse, and validate data sets for analysis.
Minimum 5 years experience or certification in Tableau Desktop, with proficiency in managing reporting platforms. Three or more years of experience in Looker Studio preferred.
Minimum 3 years experience leading project teams in delivering BI and Analytics solutions.
Proficiency in SQL, with a minimum 3 years of hands-on experience, including writing optimized queries for large data sets.

Professional experience or equivalent training in financial modeling and forecasting

Experience with non-profit fundraising and engagement strategies preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (especially Redshift), with experience integrating data from cloud sources into BI platforms
