We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team supporting city operations, with a primary focus on Munis and municipal finance processes. You will play an essential role in bridging business and technology needs during our transition from Munis (legacy ERP) to Workday, supporting operational needs, discovering process improvement opportunities, and managing ongoing city reporting demands. This is a long-term role with visibility across all city departments. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the “boots-on-the-ground” expert for Munis, supporting data extraction, day-to-day maintenance, and integration projects during the transition to Workday. Provide subject matter expertise on Munis, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and user support for system users across the city. Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in Munis ERP-100% essential; prior experience with system administration, reporting, and finance module configuration required. Experience with Workday implementations is a plus. Strong understanding of municipal/government finance, accounting, and reporting processes (tax cycle, annual/semi-annual filings). The Cyber Threat Intelligence Exercise Lead will provide direct support to the Plans and Exercise Lead for the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise, one of the largest leading cyber training and operations platforms in the world. Salary: The Cyber Threat Intelligence Exercise Lead will provide direct support to the Plans and Exercise Lead for the Joint Cyber Training Enterprise, one of the largest leading cyber training and operations platforms in the world. The incumbent will support project teams and provide translation and operationalization of CMF input related to specific cyber threats and intelligence packages. The lead will facilitate and identify, characterize, curate, and deliver intelligence products necessary for the development of threat emulation playbooks and associated training malware. This position requires both leadership and management experience, as well as excellent presentation skills. Position location is Fort Meade, MD and full time on-site. Essential Job Functions: This position is responsible for the overall contract, to include: Lead Cyber Threat Intelligence design, planning and delivery. Provide customer facing support and able to work across all verticals to include: white cell, red cell, exercise control, blue build teams and develop visual products for small to large multi-national cyber exercise Experience working with the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) is a major plus Lead is responsible to support integration and enable the access of intelligence products by all-source analysis within unclassified and classified ranges. Lead assists content developers and managers in the configuration and population of intel-related applications (e.g., OpenCTI, VECTR, ATT&CK Navigator). Generation of artifact data (i.e. sensitive files) for hosting on key cyber terrain to meet OPFOR collection and data exfiltration objectives. Oversee the development, testing, documentation, fielding and support of complex cyber and IT training systems and equipment. Ensure the highest quality of task completion, meeting contractual performance criteria and deliverables in accordance with the contract.
