Working Capital Analyst Location: Massillon, Ohio (Hybrid Schedule) Role Contribution Level 1 Your seat at the table Regularly review and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify overdue invoices and prioritize collection efforts based on customer risk and payment history. Navigate various systems to investigate and resolve account issues. Contact customers with outstanding balances to proactively follow up on payments, resolve billing issues and disputes, and discuss payment plans if necessary. Maintaining accurate records of collection activities including but not limited to communication logs and payment updates on customer accounts. Prepare customer account reconciliations and other account statements and reports as needed. Analyze payment trends and data to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement including but not limited to changing payment methods, business process modifications to expedite payment processes, etc. to organizational stakeholders. Support recovery efforts for various accounts receivable and other business areas including but not limited to unearned discounts, deduction recovery, and minor deductions under standard thresholds. Prepare audit support for various accounts receivable functions. What you bring to the table One to three years accounts receivable experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment that also includes deduction analysis.
