Charles River Laboratories is seeking a Director of BusinessIntelligence to lead the development and execution of our global market, competitor, and customer insights strategy. Lead advanced analysis of customer data, including segmentation, behavior, satisfaction, and share of wallet.
Partner with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities, improve customer retention, and guide go‑to‑market strategies.
Ensure customer voice and feedback are integrated into business and service/product decisions.
Data & Analytics
Oversee the design and deployment of BI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems, in partnership with Global Technology, to make insights accessible across the organization.
Champion the use of advanced analytics, data visualization, and predictive modeling to improve strategic foresight.
Drive data governance, quality, and integration across multiple internal and external data sources.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or Life Sciences required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in businessintelligence, market research, consulting, or corporate strategy, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
Proven track record leading BI or insights teams with direct impact on corporate strategy and growth.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive‑ready insights.

Compensation Data

About the Role
We are looking for a Capital Markets Lead to build and scale the capital markets function supporting our small business lending platform. This role will be at the center of our financing strategy-evaluating various financing solutions such as public and private securitizations, warehouse lines, and forward flows.

SUMMARY
The Cyber Watch Operations Analyst is a key position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Cyber Threat Command Center. 2. Conducts sensitive, confidential, objective and thorough investigations. Prepares reports of the findings, presents findings to specific audiences, and makes recommendations to address root cause issues.Consults, as needed and/or directed, with ER/LR COE, HRBPs, and HR Leadership as appropriate.
3. Partners with Sr. Employee Relations Consultant to develop and evaluate overall employee relations trends/themes across organization and system to understand and address root causes.
4. Works with HRBPs, Learning & Organizational Development, Employee/Labor Relations, and local Employee Relations colleagues to address root causes. Educates employees, managers, and leaders at all levels about effective management practices and leadership styles.
5. Using data and analytics, provides guidance and direction to managers to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts, support workplace culture, and improve employee engagement
6. Partners with system ER/LR COE and Office of General Counsel to assist with the preparation of a response to complaints filed with the MCAD, EEOC or other relevant agencies. May be required to attend and/or testify at hearings and arbitrations as appropriate.
7. Consults with HRBPs and managers concerning the processing of problem resolution cases, assists with gathering all required documentation and takes lead on problem resolution cases directly related to investigations that the ERP conducted, as necessary.

11. Maintains a current body of knowledge of employment and labor laws.

14.
