The main function of the Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist is to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge. Uses knowledge of data and business analysis to provide high level support. The BI Developer must have excellent communication and analytical skills.

* Responsible for the development, deployment, and support of Power Applications within the Microsoft solution. Assist in setting up the Power Platform environment

* Essential to understand technical aspects as well as software development architecture to transform requirements into technical presence

* Create technical designs and Power Platform and solution components, including application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.

* Build strong productive customer focused relationships with the Business, IT teams and third parties.

* Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.

* Support business users, capturing and reporting defects to the project to enable review, required remediation and re-test.
* Provide application support for company-wide applications, such as:

* Assist with network troubleshooting and maintaining data integrity.
* Assist in providing computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by users.
* Install new software applications or hardware on the LAN, coordinating assistance from third parties when necessary.
* Add and maintain users on the network; assigning application access, ensuring security, and maintaining their configurations are within standards.
* Participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions.
* Must maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Ability to travel when required.
* Suggest training ideas for users based upon interaction from resolving support requests.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with exceptional team player attitude as well as flexibility towards managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environment.
* Expert in Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineer, computer science, information technology or a related field as well as at least 3+ years of experience preferred in Software Development/Engineering or similar. Familiarity with JavaScript, .Net, RESTful web services, Microsoft 365, Power BI are required.

The Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting Specialist will support Energy Efficiency and Demand Response Business Intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will be customer oriented, results driven, solutions oriented, and passionate about delivering innovative quality services to our customers and internal analytic experts.The Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist will provide analysis, development, and delivery of business requests/issues/requirements, providing end user support related to project and operational Enterprise Business Intelligence activities.

The Business Intelligence Reporting Specialist will work with end users and Analysts to figure out the best way to deliver on new requests for reports.

The specialist will use various enterprise BI tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft SSAS, or other applicable tools for deeper analysis and support for analytics and data science such as Jupyter Notebooks. This role must have a passion for providing quality BI solutions.

This role provides BI analysis and functional expertise for business requests, defects/enhancements, and projects. As a result, this role requires a solid understanding of Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, BI tools, and the underlying databases providing the "presentation layer" leveraged throughout reporting and analysis.
Essential Job Functions:
Design, Development, Delivery, and Support of applications using Business Intelligence tools including Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft SSAS, or other BI tools utilized by the enterprise BI team;
Develop an extensive understanding of the underlying data used to build BI applications;
Work directly with the business customers to understand and interpret requirements and create technical specifications from those requirements;
Address and resolve user questions involving data, tool usage, and reporting;
Provide user training/demonstrations to business;
Monitor production processing results, troubleshoot/resolve failures and identify efficiency improvements;
Be able to work with architects, developers, and DBAs to ensure that the business and technical requirements are being met throughout the development process;
Contribute to technical design sessions, data modeling efforts and participate in projects and the development of new solutions for the support of the company; and
Other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
4- 6 years' experience BI reporting and analysis utilizing tools including Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft SSRS, Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft SSAS.Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.U.S. Citizenship or right to work within the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not available.Occasional travel may be required.

Summary: This position is an individual contributor and primary data steward for the organization. The individual will manage the current inventory of data, ensuring total quality and appropriate use across the organization. The individual will identify processes and tools to develop and scale master data management practice. The individual will govern all data business rules and owns the process to consider and align on changes and enhancements to the rules. This position provides regular communications regarding the status of data quality and impact of events on data. The individual will partner with the Operations teams, IT, Business Intelligence team and others in the organization to proactively resolve data issues and support large, complex data initiatives Education: Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Healthcare Informatics. Masters degree in these or similar disciplines preferred. Experience:

+ Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience in Master Data Management/Data governance required
+ Minimum of two (2) years of health care experience preferred

+ Knowledge of Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Oracle MDM, Informatica MDM, Stibo Step MDM, Riversand, etc

+ Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts and other technologies in the market

+ Define the short and long-term strategies for data management to ensure effective delivery of information that meets current and future requirements.

+ Develop, implement, and maintain all data management policies and procedures, including those for enterprise data warehouse, Clinical Metrics and Registry Management

+ Develop Data Governance policies and identify gaps in current data management processes and standards.

+ Sets technical direction for the overall MDM solution architecture, defines component architecture, reviews detailed designs for accuracy and overall compliance to defined architecture across the complete data lifecycle

+ Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional leaders owning different data systems

+ Manage the ongoing quality and application of data supporting the organization, ensuring high quality data and appropriate use. Address inquiries from internal and external teams and investigate and resolve (as needed) data discrepancies.

+ Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to build confidence in the accuracy and quality of data, and work collaboratively to address perceived gaps in the data

+ Collaborate with colleagues on data validation and data coordination activities. Ensure that the data management processes are well understood and documented to ensure continuity and stability.

+ Participate in the evaluation of new data sources to determine fit within the overall Parkview data strategy. Assist in the direct acquisition of data.

+ Advise business teams on best data sources to leverage for a given business question or insight.

+ Manage all data vendor relationships and associated contracts, SLAs, etc. Qualify vendors for data acquisition and identify actions needed to meet data quality standards.
