Job Summary:
The Business Analyst (BA) will learn about health care, the pharmacy benefit management industry and direct to consumer marketing through an orientation provided by the company's leadership team. Each week, functional leaders will teach Business Analysts about what their area of the company does, how it works, and how it contributes to the financial success of the organization. Business Analysts will work on two team-based projects and present their findings to executive leadership. A rotating list of guest speakers composed of leading experts from various industries such as healthcare law, commercial real estate, investment banking and broadcast media will conduct educational sessions about their work and career paths in their fields. Additionally, interns will participate in community volunteer activities sponsored by the company.

What We're Looking For:
Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience).
Strong interest in investment banking, corporate finance, and financial markets.
Familiarity with Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentations, and financial statement analysis.
