Perform analysis of industry data to uncover insights into market trends, competitors, and client needs. Proposal and RFP/RFQ Support: Assist with the review and data extraction of RFQs/RFPs to ensure compliance with requirements. Review and edit content for consistency and clarity, incorporating visual elements when needed. Administrative Support: Prepare weekly summaries of BD activities, including leads, events, and follow-ups. Maintain an organized calendar of deadlines, events, and project milestones. Track, organize, and attend pre-bid job walks. Assist with coordinating team outings and engagement activities for the Civic COE team to foster collaboration and team spirit. Strategic Development and Learning: Participate in meetings and discussions to understand the Civic COE's strategy and goals. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to identify potential growth areas and strategic initiatives. Contribute to brainstorming sessions focused on improving BD strategies and enhancing overall business development performance. All other duties as assigned.
