Nurse Next Door is a leading private duty non-medical home care agency serving six counties in the Central Valley and Bay Area. We're experiencing rapid growth and are expanding into home health, hospice, and palliative care. Our mission is to help seniors thrive at home while giving caregivers the opportunity to live purposeful lives. We're committed to making a lasting impact in our community.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're looking for a relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people and making a difference. This isn't a desk job - you'll be out in the community every day, building meaningful partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and healthcare professionals who need quality home care solutions for their patients.
If you love people, enjoy networking, and want to be part of a company that truly values your contribution, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Build and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and administrators at skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and assisted living communities
• Conduct 10-15 facility visits per week to introduce our services and support patient discharge needs
• Attend healthcare networking events, community functions, and professional meetings
• Coordinate lunch-and-learns, educational presentations, and facility tours
• Partner with complementary healthcare providers (physical therapy, home health agencies, hospice) to create dual-discharge programs

IDEAL BACKGROUND (but not required):
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or relationship-based sales
