The Internship PositionThe Grand Forks Spitfires are looking for a Marketing & Camera Operator Intern to join their team in Grand Forks, North Dakota for the 2026 season. As a Marketing & Camera Operator intern you will be directly involved in the live broadcast of all Spitfires games and all Spitfires marketing efforts. Broadcast Video Production interns may serve as a Spitfires representative at various promotions, events, Spitfires games and Funatix events. Tentative Start Date: May 18th, 2026 Tentative End Date: August 8th, 2026 Academic Qualifications: Applicants should be studying a subject in a relevant field. This may include but is not limited to Sport Management, Broadcasting, Journalism, Marketing and Communications. Roles and Responsibilities Serve as a camera operator for all 21 Spitfires home games. Manage the Spitfires home website page to keep up to date information relevant. Send push notifications via the Spitfires mobile app. Write and send press releases to local media about Spitfires games, events and more. Create graphic and video content for Spitfires video board. Create graphic and video content for Spitfires social media. Create graphic and video content for Funatix Events. Assist with video board equipment. Assist with social media channels, as needed.
