Summary:
The Functional Consultant contributes to vertically aligned Delivery Practice of NetSuite Professional Services. Our Ag Operations Interns have the opportunity to experience and learn the day to day operations of grain facilities across the US, including facility management, people management, scheduling, grain management and other key skills necessary to make sure our assets are well-managed and safe for all ADM colleagues and contractors. Grain facilities at ADM can consist of many components, including truck, rail and river transport, large grain storage capacity and the ability to move large amounts of grain to other ADM sites or other destinations in North America or around the world. Responsibilities:
Manage assigned projects for Summer 2026, with assistance from facility superintendent and other elevator colleagues.
Understand daily grain receiving, handling, storage, and shipping activities.
Understand grain inbound and outbound processes: weigh inbound and outbound trucks and record grain grades/quantities.
Understand collection, testing, and documentation of grain samples for quality, moisture, and foreign material.
Support the operation and routine maintenance of grain handling equipment (conveyors, dryers, elevators, scales).
Learn to monitor grain storage conditions (temperature, aeration, pest control) to maintain quality.
Understanding of how to manage grain inventory levels and prepare accurate records/reports.

Our paid internship program is specifically designed to aid military veterans, transitioning servicemembers and active-duty military spouses new to the corporate sector in their transition to a career in the private or public sector.
Veterans and Military Spouses accepted into our program will work closely with corporate leadership, military veteran coaches and HR professionals to help prepare for a successful transition. Interns will engage in on-the-job training and professional development in fields such as information technology, technical/systems consulting, technical support, facilities, finance, human resources, logistics, marketing, sales or developmental training in sales or for customer support (as available).

Department Description:
The Customer Service team provides unique services and support to internal organizations and customers worldwide. Supported online venues include Oracle Store, Oracle Software Delivery Cloud, License Key Provisioning and internal distribution of Employee Laptops.
Brief Posting Description:
Customer Service analysts deliver service and support that represents the highest level of customer service and quality. To do this, the analyst will:
+ Provide world class customer service for Oracle's online venues using phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
+ Use Oracle applications to research customer inquiries and determine customer entitlement to products and services.
+ Provision license keys and passwords that activate or enable access to Oracle products.
+ Work cross functionally with company stake holders to develop procedures in support of evolving business needs.
+ Create and maintain process documentation and publish to content management systems.
+ Analyze trends and process performance through data collection and metrics.
+ Identify, evaluate, and report issues to management that impact the quality of outputs.
+ Manage customer feedback through department's ISO-certified quality management system and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

US: Hiring Range in USD from $19.62 to $38.32 per hour; from: $40,800 to $79,700 per annum.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
