Work days and shift
Fellow employees are great to work with. Management, not so much. Training is slim. Expectations are high.
Not much at all.
Don't worry about it. They will hire anybody. If they don't like you, your gone within your 90 days
Ok for general aviation. Its a stepping stone. Good if its your first aviation job.
I loved my job just didn't like the company it had became after all the buy outs
