About the Role We are looking for a Capital Markets Lead to build and scale the capital markets function supporting our small business lending platform. This role will be at the center of our financing strategy-evaluating various financing solutions such as public and private securitizations, warehouse lines, and forward flows. This is a high-impact position where you'll work cross-functionally with finance, risk, and product teams, while building deep relationships with banks, investors, and financing partners.
