This is a perfect challenge for a senior Project Manager with an excellent understanding of regulations to build their profile with a wide range of partners

This role requires experience across multiple asset classes (Rates, Credit, Equity, FX) and multiple trade capture systems for cash and derivative (OTC & ETD) markets, on and off exchange

The Project Manager will be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle and part of the program management

The candidate must be very hands on, pragmatic, proactive and accountable, with excellent Front Office relationship building and relationship management skills
Requirements Planning & Management Liaising with Compliance, Legal, Business, Vendors and Industry Forae to resolve complex issues Test Planning & Management Working with partners in ensuring the needed level of research is completed to accurately define the solution benefits and risks Employing structured analysis techniques such as Use Cases, UML, decision tables to ensure completeness, clarity and non-ambiguity of requirements Proactive identification and resolution of requirements conflicts Finding opportunities for improvement in the business architecture Verifying requirements and their scope and priorities with partners Managing requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability Working with technical teams to validate proposed solutions Optimally communicating the information needed to facilitate a decision to move forward with the proposed solution Data analysis and presentation using Excel & PowerPoint Develop a sound understanding of the Bank's policies, systems and processes

Your skills and experience



Experienced project manager: PMI, PMP or PRINCE2 qualification preferred Experience in other Regulatory initiatives desirable Track record in delivering major projects to tight timelines delivered in an investment bank or similar institution Experience of running project teams across multiple locations in industry Excellent knowledge of investment banking processes - front to back Has been involved in managing or analysis of change Experience of dealing with senior management Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers) Solid knowledge of IT: managing IT oriented projects, user's requirements / testing. Position Purpose: Perform various analysis and interpretation to link business needs and objectives for assigned function.

• Support business initiatives through data analysis, identification of implementation barriers and user acceptance testing of various systems
• Identify and analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve existing processes

• Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects, recommend potential business solutions and ensure successful implementations

• Identify ways to enhance performance management and operational reports related to new business implementation processes

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4-6 years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, including Excel and Access preferred. Project management experience preferred. Experience working with campaign management tools or Salesforce Marketing Cloud products is preferred.
