Review requests for additional staffing and equipment; provide input and recommend staffing and equipment needs for budget purposes to the Regional Manager of Operations. Work and maintain a full-time regular work schedule. Verify staffing for all shifts is met. Participate in the full range of human resources responsibilities. Write, receive, review, and approve staff reports, records, and related paperwork. Investigate incidents involving assigned units and communicate with the Operations Supervisors and Regional Manager of Operations on status of assigned units and other problems. Submit reports on all incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries and exposures. Participate in interviewing and selection process as needed. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: Knowledge of EMS policies and procedures, and at minimum hold current state EMT licensing and certification.
