Optimize and oversee workflows to ensure effective collaboration between IT, Warehouse, Lab and Retail and Customer service/ecommerce. Create documentation workflows.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify roadblocks, and provide solutions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
Establish automated key metric driven reports distributed to the Executive management and the key stakeholders.
Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and management of external partners.
Provide strategic recommendations to Executive Management and stakeholders.
Prepare business presentations for executive management and stakeholders.
Develop and utilize BI for reporting purposes.
Develop and implement project management best practices to ensure efficient workflows and timely project execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
Prior experience in business operations role in a retail or wholesale environment with an ecommerce component that focused on process improvement

POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Associate Director, Clinical Operations, the Associate Study Manager is responsible for leading the operational planning and execution of translational clinical research studies, overseeing all aspects of a study from initiation through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, GCP), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data on time and within budget. The Associate Study Manager will provide high level management and oversight of translational clinical research studies conducted through the Multiple Myeloma Research Consortium (MMRC), including the Translational Research Umbrella studies (TRU). Experience and knowledge of end-to-end management of clinical and translational research conduct, knowledge of academic and hospital study site operations, the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, and regulatory requirements is essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Manage all aspects of the study, including responsibility for oversight of study execution, develop and manage comprehensive study timelines and metrics; management/oversight of external vendor deliverables reports and budgets.
Study design and planning: Actively participate in protocol development, feasibility assessments, site selection, and budget planning for assigned studies. Write and review study protocols, informed consent forms, and amendments, as appropriate.
Manage and report on study budget, working closely with finance and accounting.
Manage/track study budget progress, expenses, vendor, pharma/biotech partner invoices, and study site payments.

The CMO is also responsible for providing support structures for the schools and ensuring proper replication of the model as the organization expands.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains and balances our automated accounting platform.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and GAAP.
Ensure all accounting transactions are accounted for following GAAP standards.
Oversee purchasing process (requisitions, Pos, vendor onboarding, W-9 collection), ensure policy compliance, and supervise invoice processing and payments.

This idea, first envisioned by Elizabeth Blodgett Hall on the original Simon's Rock campus in 1966 in Great Barrington, MA, launched the Early College movement in the United States and beyond. Simon's Rock has carried out this mission for 59 years in Great Barrington, and in July of 2025 is relocating to the Massena campus of Bard College, in Annandale-on-Hudson, NY.
In this new location, Simon's Rock will have a diverse student population of approximately 180 students, both boarding and day students, drawn nationally and internationally, with a significant population of students identifying as LGBTQIA . This includes enrollment in the Early College Associate in Arts degree program as well as in Bard Academy. Launched in 2015, Bard Academy is a two-year high school program with courses designed and taught by college professors and leading to entry into college after the 10th grade. Students at the Massena campus may enter the Early College either as matriculants from Bard Academy or as students directly admitted to Early College after completing 10th or 11th grade, or the equivalent in homeschooled or non-traditional pathways.
The Role:
