As a Business Consultant, you will work with our customer's business and technical teams to meet the customer's pre and post-implementation consulting needs. Business Consultants rely upon their experience, knowledge, and effective communication to bring a confident and capable consulting voice to client engagements. Business Consultants have the ability to increase customer satisfaction by assisting with the change management process as clients move to Entrata as well as improving and maximizing the day-to-day benefits of using Entrata. Responsibilities will include Provide a wide variety of pre and post-implementation business consulting services. Provide a world-class customer experience. Business Consultants will do this by building relationships and trust with your clients. By understanding customers' needs and processes and consulting with them on optimization, configuration, and best practices, to achieve a higher level of customer satisfaction and stability on the Entrata platform. A Business Consultant is expected to be committed to quality and uncompromising excellence by becoming and maintaining the status of an Entrata subject matter expert by being certified on the Entrata platform in their specialty area of focus. Research and test new features as well as troubleshoot issues to maintain your Entrata subject matter expert status and provide guidance to clients for best practices and workarounds. The Opportunity

As a Business Operation Consultant, you will work in a growing, fast paced, innovative and collaborative environment that promotes problem solving to enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with the Reporting Product Owner to support department reporting responsibilities. You'll be part of a team that is responsible for complex and high-profile escalations, and you will perform the analysis, make recommendations/decisions and communicate to others which include but not limited to, leadership, agents, customers. Also, you will support Annuity Operations in compliance support or various projects and initiatives as an annuity subject matter expert.

You will be joining a team that supports Annuity & LTC Operations in a variety of ways including, Reporting, Service escalations, Quality Assurance, among other things. The team is responsible for ensuring we provide an outstanding experience for both our agents and customers.
