Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: * Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Finance or Business Management. * 5 years of relevant work experience. * Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels. * Ability to synthesize large amounts of information to tell a relevant story. * Strong experience in creating professional presentations for senior executives. * Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and adapt to unexpected circumstances. * Experience in managing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions. * Self-directed with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail. * Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and provide sustainable solutions. * Energetic and results-oriented team player. * Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other workplace tools.
